Exercise Science Major
Our Exercise Science major is a Bachelor of Science degree that provides a strong scientific basis for students seeking advanced degrees in the health and allied health professions. The degree delivers graduates the vital skills they'll need for employment in the health fitness industry, while giving them practical knowledge for graduate research.

Health & Physical Education Major
Students majoring in Health & Physical Education at Michigan Tech are provided with a scientific basis and a plethora of practical experiences that will give them the edge needed to develop a career in health fitness or secondary education. The core curriculum is expertly designed to provide undergraduate students with a broad scientific, theoretical, and practical foundation in health and physical education.

Coaching Minor
Specializing in coaching fundamentals, the Coaching Minor provides students with the psychological and physiological training needed to be affective coaches. The minor will give graduates an edge as they look to help tomorrow's athletes develop.

Coaching Certificate
Michigan Tech's Coaching Endorsement Certification Program helps students prepare to coach an individual or team sport in a school setting, recreational, or club. The 12-credit program includes classes in athletic training and sports psychology.
